Vanilla Magic

Fresh-scraped vanilla pod from the west of Bali, blended with sweet almond oil to uplift your mood and help soothe nerve tension. For an additional boost in energy, add fresh, finely-ground pepper.

 

Recharge

Experience nature's most versatile oil from the eucalyptus leaf, known for its vast benefits, from treatment of stiff or sore muscles to mental stimulation and elimination of sluggishness.

DNA of Relaxation

Combining a blissful trio of Vetiver grass to deeply relax and comfort, Lavender as an anti-depressant and Cananga to relieve nervous tension, this special recipe is for those whose sole desire is to let go and unwind. 

Reflexology Session

A dynamic treatment that is based on the principles of Reflexology, linking the reflex zones on the feet to organs and systems in the body. Pressure is applied to various zones on the feet using the thumbs, fingers and palms to induce relief from pain, illness and stress. Reflexology is particularly beneficial for the relief of tension headaches, poor circulation and a sluggish digestive system.

Tension Release Head Massage

Based on the principles of Ayurveda, this soothing yet energising head massage combines pressure point techniques to relieve tension in the head and neck. While also restoring vital tranquillity, this treatment can help to relieve insomnia, chronic headaches, migraines and sinusitis.

Traditional Balinese Massage

Pamper yourself with the spiritually and physically restoring Balinese Massage which dates back many thousands of years. Developed in Bali, Indonesia, yet drawing its roots from traditional Chinese massage and Indian Ayurvedic therapy, this treatment works deeply to soothe damaged tissue and relieve strained muscles and joint pain. A rigorous yet therapeutic combination of long, gliding movements,  skin rolling and firm kneading along pressure points will warm and relax muscle tissues and boost your circulation to help rebalance your entire wellness system.
